Every year 3E organizes a 2-day event bringing the SynaptiQ community together to discuss and shape the roadmap of 3E’s products. Through workshops and interactive sessions the participants exchange their experience with the platform, share business viewpoints, get insights into the R&D roadmap for solar systems performance improvement and meet the SynaptiQ team.
Werner Coppye, CTO at 3E, explains:

The collaborative approach of our SynaptiQ Connect Days enables the different stakeholders to focus on the topic and to think ahead with a creative mindset. More than 60 participants, among which leading renewable energy players from Europe and India, virtually joined the 5th edition of the SynaptiQ Connect Days that took place last month. “As a new user, it was very useful to learn about the new features and from the experience of other players,” comments a guest.
Topics on the agenda this year were among other component benchmarking, review of the latest product evolutions, outage management, module soiling & degradation, SynaptiQ user experience.
