GreenYellow, a global leader in decentralised energy transition, has successfully secured €49M for its 116 MW solar portfolio in Poland, thanks to the independent technical due diligence conducted by 3E. This milestone strengthens GreenYellow’s commitment to expanding renewable energy solutions in Poland and beyond.

Bringing together multiple renewable energy sources is a complex yet transformative step toward a more resilient energy future. When Opdenergy sought to hybridise some of their existing plants in Spain, they partnered with 3E who provided technical and regulatory guidance to make their vision a reality.

Ghana’s energy minister has commissioned Africa’s largest rooftop solar plant and 3E is proud to have contributed to the project as Owner’s Engineer. The Mega Warehouse Rooftop PV Plant represents a significant step forward in Ghana’s transition to renewable energy.

Recently, the group undertook a financing operation for a portfolio of photovoltaic power plants, made up of 141 plants in total.

Acting as technical advisor during LANGA INTERNATIONAL’s latest fundraising operation, 3E helped the company achieve an €85 million capital increase. 3E, Egnon Consulting and Socrège have been assigned by the Société Béninoise d’Energie Électrique (SBEE) to provide owner’s engineering services for Benin’s first utility-scale solar power plant.

Renewable power producer Boralex recently celebrated the inauguration of a 15.9 MWp solar park in Pézènes-les-Mines, France. As an independent third party, 3E is proud to have contributed to this project by having conducted the technical due diligence for the financing operation between Boralex and French lender BPCE Energeco.

3E and GEOSun were commissioned by the Pacific Power Association (PPA) to conduct ground-based meteorological measurements for the Pacific Islands region. The solar and wind measurement campaigns had two primary objectives: firstly, to gather the necessary data for future yield assessment of renewable energy projects in high-priority locations. Secondly, to improve and validate the resource assessment models used in the Global Wind Atlas & Global Solar Atlas, thereby improving mapping outputs and time series data for the countries in the region.

3E’s Strategy & Policy team has been overall coordinator and leading the technical assistance in the second phase of the project that ran from 2021 to February 2023.

3E was appointed by the independent power producer Neoen to perform a vendor due diligence on two solar power plants located in Nouvelle Aquitaine and Occitanie, France.
