BayWa r.e. has chosen SynaptiQ, a SaaS platform by 3E as the new PV monitoring & analytics system for all its strategic PV and BESS assets.

WATT & CO Group is a French renewable energy developer that focuses on innovative photovoltaic and agrivoltaics projects, playing an active role in France’s transition to green energy. Recently, the group undertook a financing operation for a portfolio of photovoltaic power plants, made up of 141 plants in total.

Acting as technical advisor during LANGA INTERNATIONAL’s latest fundraising operation, 3E helped the company achieve an €85 million capital increase. Renewable power producer Boralex recently celebrated the inauguration of a 15.9 MWp solar park in Pézènes-les-Mines, France. As an independent third party, 3E is proud to have contributed to this project by having conducted the technical due diligence for the financing operation between Boralex and French lender BPCE Energeco.

In this article, we introduce a method for evaluting turbine performance losses, distinguishing between losses site-specific and generic power curve losses. This method is implemented in our Wind Analytics application to monitor the performance of wind turbines, and is also used by our Advisory Services to estimate performance losses in pre-construction energy yield studies.
